This worksheet calculates the financial metrics that every real estate investor needs to know when evaluating a residential investment property as an investment. The key metrics to focus on are Cash Flow, Net Income, Net Investment Income, and ROI, allowing you to do an apples-to-apples comparison of a potential real estate investment as compared to another investment medium, such as the stock market.
